1WebCalendar v 3.3, 1 WebCalendar v 4.x, Action Item System v1.0 and BIT Resource Scheduler v1.0 are OPEN SOURCE ColdFusion applications. They require ColdFusion Server 4.5 or higher to run. Some features in Web Calendar v4.x require Macromedia Cold Fusion MX Server 7.
Each Application can be purchased separately or as a bundle.

Licensing is sold on a per user/install use.
The number of users reflects the total count of users you will have added to the database. You can have unlimited viewers, but users that have rights to add/edit calendar events or appear in the phone list have a account and count towards the number of users.
Each instance or install of the calendar requires a license. One license may be used for one calendar application. Discounts are offered for three licenses purchased at once. This allows you to use the calendar for up to three sites/customers.
Purchase the license that fits your use of the application for the next year. i.e.
If you have 80 users now, but will grow to 130 within this year, then you should purchase the 101-250 user license.
Churches and Youth Groups may purchase the 100 user license and use it for any number of users.
